Cancellation

Greetings from Watsy. To us, your order is of the utmost importance. Watsy (“website,” “Web Site,” “site,” “mobile app,” “app,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is dedicated to defending your right to terminate services at any time. Never once would we want to cancel your order. We do, however, retain the right to end your order at any moment.

Cancellation by Watsy

If we are unable to provide you with the items you ordered, we have the right to cancel your order. Your membership will be canceled, and we’ll reimburse any unpaid fees.

If we discover any errors throughout the process, we have the right to cancel your order.

If we discover any system abuse, we have the right to cancel your order.

If we discover that your account has engaged in any pornographic, abusive, or illegal actions, we reserve the right to cancel your order and disable your services.

Order cancellations will be communicated to you by SMS or email. Cancellation by User

You are entitled to a refund if a product doesn’t function as intended and can’t be readily remedied. This includes circumstances in which the product contains a flaw that, if you had known about it beforehand, would have prevented you from purchasing it.

The following circumstances, however, will NOT result in the cancellation being processed:

* If you have downloaded the source code;

* if you decide you no longer want it after downloading it;

* if you just change your mind;

* if you purchased an item in error;

* if you lack the necessary competence to utilize the item;
