Watsy.in greets you. Please read all of our materials before using our website, including our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Terms and Conditions. This Customer agreement is a contract between you (Customer, User of this site) and Watsy.in (Site, App, We, Us) that specifies the terms and circumstances under which you may use the Site and receive Watsy services, including product delivery.

For newly registered users, these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy become effective upon approval of registration, and for all other users, they become effective on December 20, 2018. By registering/signing up on the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy. Please do not register for or use Watsy.in if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Watsy.in with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Use of the Watsy.in Site

The program cannot be obtained for free. You are not permitted to circumvent the registration procedure and get access to the system without first purchasing a software license. Watsy does not charge a fee to use the Website. Watsy, in particular, has the right to introduce new services and alter any or all of the existing services available on the Website at its sole discretion. In such a circumstance, the Website has the right to charge fees for new services or to change or introduce costs for current services.

Non-payment

In the event that you fail to pay Watsy’s fees, Watsy retains the right to give a warning, temporarily/indefinitely suspend or cancel your membership in the Website, and refuse to provide you with access to the Website. Watsy also has the right to take legal action if you fail to pay Watsy’s fees. You agree not to attempt to evade or manipulate the billing process or Watsy Fees included by reference in this Agreement.

Your Account

You agree to give Watsy with correct and full information, including but not limited to your legal name, billing and shipping addresses, and telephone/mobile number, as requested by registration for Watsy Service. You shall be held accountable for any unauthorized use, damage, or theft of the Watsy Service until you inform Watsy.

Usage of the Email of the User

Watsy may send purchase confirmation, order progress updates, and any further order information to the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The client hereby fully consents to such notification by Watsy in accordance with any authority’s ‘Do not disturb’ standards in the appropriate country.

Arbitration

If a dispute arises between you and Watsy during or after your use of the website regarding the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of the Customer Agreement, the dispute will be referred to a sole Arbitrator, who will be an independent and neutral third party identified by Watsy.

The arbitration procedures will be conducted in English.

Indemnification

You undertake to defend, indemnify, and keep Watsy and its Associates harmless from all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from your breach of this Agreement or use of your account. This section’s restrictions and exclusions apply to the greatest extent authorized by relevant law.
